SALON POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS

  • All clients must have a card on file to book an appointment

  • Please cancel before 24 hours for cut, and 48 hours for color & chemical treatments and facials to avoid a 50% charge to your card on file.

NO SHOWS

  • We will charge 100% of your appointment cost for no shows. This includes being more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.

FRIENDS (HUMAN + ANIMAL)

  • We are currently "guest with appointment only" and ask that you leave friends and pups at home.
